“It is always easy to make and reschedule appointments, which can be done via phone call or online, and staff is very responsive.
Everyone is corteous, from reception to RVTs, to the vet herself, and the clinic is spacious and clean.
They do not have their own parking, but it is easy to find paid parking nextdoor or behind the clinic. If you are willing to walk a few blocks you can also find street parking.
Overall my dogs and I have been happy with Heart + Paw Callowhill.“

“My dog, Eulysses, and I visited Mi Amor today. It was our first time and we were more than impressed. The store is neatly organized and spotless. We utilized the self bath station that is in one of the back rooms. There are two stations, one for smaller pups and another for larger pups. They provide shampoos, towels, blow dryer, brushes and odor sprays. You are always welcome to bring your own tools and accessories too. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend to anyone looking to give their fur baby a nice, relaxing bath without breaking your back.“

“My German Shepherd puppy and I completed the Basic Obedience Class offered by Hickory Dog Training. The instructor was so accommodating and helpful. The class was small so she focused on specific needs of each dog. She gave us lesson plans so that we can continue to practice! I look forward to seeing other classes that they offer!“

“This place is SO amazing! Our groomer, Jenna, does such a great job! I asked for a “puppy” haircut for our miniature schnauzer but said I still wanted her to have a little beard and eyebrows. She did such a great job and my husband and I keep looking at her and saying how cute she looks since her appointment! Our dog can be VERY temperamental, and I struggle to cut her nails at home. Jenna is able to cut and file her nails and is patient with her and gives her such a great haircut every time! Thank you so much to Jenna and her team! Couldn’t recommend this place more!“

“Verien has been cutting my girls hair for a few years now. I am so thankful I found him....there is honestly no one more kind and compassionate. He genuinely loves my dogs which eases my mind whenever I drop them off. I know they will always get a CONSISTENTLY great haircut and be cared for and loved on the whole time. To get both my girls done is usually only like 2 hours unlike most places I used to go to where they would keep them ALL day which I hated.
