“My washer quit working and I needed to see behind it to double check the outlet-the outlet is located near the floor behind the washer. I put the washer on its front and when I did it snapped the water pipe! And water began flooding the room and basement quickly-I was in complete panic mode and had an emergency on my hands to get this situation under control! I called around and thankfully came across Fisher Plumbing and Jason tried helping me to find the water shut off valve over the phone and unfortunately I could not locate it on my own! So he sent two wonderful guys out: Joe & Johnny as quickly as he could. So in the meantime I made a temporary plug & started soaking up as much water in the room as I could and thankfully they arrived soon after. They got to working the problem-shut the water off & repaired the pipe. They were all so very friendly and costs were affordable! They saved the day and I can’t thank them enough! And I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs and especially your plumbing emergencies!“
