“We had a deck stairs added to replace one that was old and we wanted relocated - also, they added a drainage system underneath the deck so we have a dry space to sit outside - the Inch By Inch crew were very skilled craftsman - Andy and crew were also great communicators and kept us informed along the way - example: Andy can back and personally inspected the job the day after it was completed - to make sure the job was completed to his and our satisfaction - nicely done! We highly recommend Inch By Inch.“

“Recently had a ton of work done on our house by H.R. Weaver. A large addition with two separate areas and large open room complete with fireplace. It can be nerve-racking having major work like this but from the initial visit with us, where I had a crude sketch drawn out to the final outcome, we couldn't be happier.Everyone involved listened to our ideas and concerns and also offered their ideas, and since they have the experience, their ideas were well taken.The quality and craftsmanship were excellent! “With the recent storm our basement had taken on several inches of water. I contacted Rob, the owner Wednesday evening and he had a crew out early Thursday morning and got the water cleaned up the best they could then put about 16 fans and two industrial dehumidifiers in the basement to dry everything out. I am thoroughly impressed with Rob and his crew. It is a very top-notch operation. The guys definitely know what they’re doing and nothing was done half assed. I would definitely give them 10 stars if I could. If anybody needs any services the day provide, I would not hesitate to hire them in a heartbeat. . “I hate to write a review like this, because then everyone is going to take my favorite contractors and I'll never be able to book them again....but my experience was really fantastic.

I had no idea who to turn to for a variety of projects on my very old home, and was referred to Don & Restore'n More by a friend. He knocked it out of the park. I had rotten sleepers in my porch and they had to do some extensive stuff...they were courteous, clean workers, and had a meticulous attention to detail. Those rails in the photo were made by him in his woodshop, for example - they're really craftsman. I can't tell you how many people gush over them. I can't blame them...I was impressed too.

The Good?
- They can do anything...literally anything. I had a porch door that wasn't working right, and they fixed it to perfect working order. I had others tell me it could only be replaced. They fixed an old window area that was letting water in. All of this along with my porch work and other things. Seriously, they can do it all. It's impressive.
- They actually care. They will call you out to look at things and make sure you are happy with it, consult you when needed, and clean up after their work. If you have some additional needs, they go above and beyond to make you comfortable. We had some health issues and they were very attentive to it...which was refreshing.
- Responsiveness. Once they're in your project, they are "in it!" If you have a question, they are happy to answer.
- They preserve when possible. They helped to fix some gutters and never tried to sell me on things I didn't need. They use what you've got when they can.

The *only* negative, is that they will not be the cheapest...and they are worth what you pay. Nothing great is cheap, and they do really high quality work. They also will not be the most expensive option. However, I think they're the best quality work I've had done at my home by a long shot. In a world where everyone cuts corners - they don't.

I will be hiring them again if my home has any need at all. I took the time to write this review because I believe that it's really hard to find good people who do good work, and they are one of the few I've encountered who actually do what they say...and knock it out of the park. This was my experience!“
