Polite, professional, responsive workers who took the time to thoroughly review and evaluate the situation. Equally thorough and professional with respect to making sure the work was done properly and correctly. They worked for over 12 hours, until dark and then some, cleaned up after themselves and then some to make sure I wasn’t stuck with a mess. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them to everyone.
Mike and his crew were great to work with. They helped remedy our issue within 24 hours and then fixed it as fast as they realistically could. They did a great job and our house looks great. I was extremely appreciative that Mike and the payment office worked directly with my insurance company to make sure everything was still covered when additional issues came up that we didn't expect. This was our first major repair to our house, and I am grateful that Allen Restorations was recommended to us. They will be our first call if we have any home issues in the future.
I was very pleased with my roof repair experience with Allen Restorations! Mike was terrific! I really appreciated how thorough he was throughout the estimation phase, investigating and explaining everything to me along the way. He came up with a solution to repair the damage but also how to change the rain spouts so that it doesn’t leak there again. He was very professional, friendly, and easy to work with.
