“OTR if delivering here with a semi truck, slide your tandems all the way forward when entering and leaving. The dock itself is no problem, but you have to go around the building and it's tightish, especially when leaving. Make sure you swing wide and have those tandems all the way forwards for you might not make the corner.

The people working were very polite and unloading was quick. Taking one star off because of that turn to leave.“

“We used Whiteoak Construction to remove our living room and kitchen ceilings due to damage. Gene gave us a very fair quote, and completed the work recently. He did a beautiful job both on the ceilings and the crown moulding in the living room. Gene took great care to properly protect our home before starting the demo, communicated with us throughout the project and provided the final invoice in a timely manner. “If this is the only sentence you read out of this review, please know that this is the contractor you should hire. To begin Gwynn came out free of charge to discuss and walk though my project! She was willing to share ideas and really listened to what I wanted done with my space. She provided ideas, shared what could be possible with my space and thought of things I probably would have never thought of. Other companies I called either wanted to charge to come out or if they came out for free they pushed my ideas to the side and said “I have a really good design in my head but I need you to sign with us before I tell you” this is not the case with Zwolinski! Gwynn shared that they may not be the cheapest but they are also not the most expensive. I would agree with this as well. The pricing for my project was very fair. One piece of advice I have is to make sure you are prepared with all the product that will be installed on your project because Arnold and his crew moves fast. This was one of the other things I appreciated because I was not left waiting for months or even had the project be started and then left for weeks as I would have been with other contractors. Arnold has a small crew mostly compiled of his family members and he didn’t sub contract any of the work. He was on time every day, accompanied the crew and even completed the jobs that needed to be done to complete my project. I haven’t seen an owner of a company work on a project in a long time. Arnold and his crew really took care of my home while on the project and cleaned up every day. As for the work completed everything turned out so well and they really did a great job! Everything was to the design I wanted and they paid attention to the details.
