We called him out thinking the leak would be a quick fix but with each roadblock we came across, he talked us through and ultimately the problem was fixed after 3 hours and an additional trip to the hardware store. Jared and his team (Matt, Israel, and Alex) were prompt, professional, respectful, and incredibly kind. They worked tirelessly and took an extraordinary level of care with every detail. What really stood out was their initiative and thoughtfulness — when I asked if I could borrow the power washer to tackle a grease stain on my deck, Jared didn’t hesitate; he simply took care of it himself. About a week later, Rob and Brian arrived to handle the painting, and it was clear immediately that they take great pride in their craft. You always hear that painting is mostly preparation, and we could literally hear it happening — sanding, vacuuming, and meticulous prep throughout the process. The results speak for themselves: the basement looks better than it ever has. They even took the time to paint the steps leading up to the first floor, something we hadn’t expected but are so grateful for.
