“I am editing my review but not changing any star rating- I originally went to this practice to have a stray cat, Jade, that we were FINALLY able to catch get spayed. This was the only vet I could get a reasonable appointment with and another one quoted me $800-$1,000.00 for the spay. Jade was too far pregnant when she went for the initial visit so we had to wait for the kittens to be born and then were able to bring her in for her spay. The team worked with the pricing and she was treated very well and the incision looked neat and well done. The kittens have since gone on to their new homes but the new owners chose Canon-Hill as the place to have them fixed. Fast forward to this week when my cat, Lynx, who has a history of constipation became very ill so I ran him to the emergency vet who quoted me $4,000.00-$6,000.00 for the deobstipation. I called Canon Hill and the gave a quote over the phone and were able to get him in soon. The staff was very friendly with my cat and he seemed to be very comfortable with them. The cost for the procedure was within the verbal quote and the only additonal cost was bloodwork which I gave my okay for before they did it which is appreciated. They also cleaned his bum and hind legs off really well since this was a very messy procedure and I appreciated that he got to go home nice and clean. They communicated well with what happened and any issues and prescribed new meds to hopefully give out guy a much better quality of life.“

“My 10 year old terrier mix was having difficulty urinating. Brought her in was greeted by Angel with the most pleasant personality. He got a sample did a urinalysis test and the Vet Dr. Morgan Graham concluded she had a UTI. Got two medications and Chloe was feeling much more comfortable almost immediately after her first dose.

Everyone there treated us with the utmost professionalism and kindness.

“I cannot recommend a better vet. Every single veterinarian goes above and beyond. They are compassionate, gentle, and truly incredible. I have a pup who has many problems and we spend a lot of time at the vet. It is amazing how quickly they can get us in. Especially when it is urgent. I have never had to wait to get my dogs in when something needs urgent care- Same day every single time. The same goes for the staff/technicians. They are all exceptional. “I’ve never had a bad experience. My cat is going through some ongoing issues right now and both doctors I’ve seen for this issue have helped and given us a lot of helpful information. Dr Busch was such a great listener, took the time to write down various things we could try, really took his time and dove into the issues. We saw Dr. Clermont for the first time today and she was just as great! Very personable, helpful and great with my cat. She made me feel a lot better about our course of action. We have seen Dr Threadgill before too and he is great as well!

“I don’t usually post reviews but feel like they were owed one. I came here for a second opinion on my cat Dallas, and unfortunately (as I feared) he was inoperable and suffering. I had a feeling it would be time to say goodbye, and a few weeks later writing this post, grateful that saying goodbye was with Greentree Animal Clinic.

Dr. Brown was very kind, gentle, and compassionate with me and my soul cat Dallas. He took his time with us and our goodbyes. Walked me through his situation very gently. The vet techs were all very nice as well. It may have been my first experience, although a sad one, but I will be taking my animals here in the future as their primary vet.

“My family switched to Hidden Valley Animal Clinic (and Dr. Threadgill) in 2013, and we couldn’t be happier with that decision. Dr. Threadgill identified my boxer’s lymphoma early and supported me through her heartbreakingly short cancer journey—answering endless questions and working closely with specialists until it was time to say goodbye.
When the day came to say goodbye to my 16-year-old Jack Russell, the staff at Hidden Valley went above and beyond, feeding him brownies left over from a staff meeting so he could take his final breaths with fudge smeared on his chin.
