I’ve never had a bad experience. My cat is going through some ongoing issues right now and both doctors I’ve seen for this issue have helped and given us a lot of helpful information. Dr Busch was such a great listener, took the time to write down various things we could try, really took his time and dove into the issues. We saw Dr. Clermont for the first time today and she was just as great! Very personable, helpful and great with my cat. She made me feel a lot better about our course of action. We have seen Dr Threadgill before too and he is great as well!

I called on 10/10/25 and spoke to Holly about my senior cat’s foot wound. They were already booked out till November, but after hearing my story she was able to get me in that hour. We saw Dr. Thierry Clermont and holly and they were able to put my husband and I at ease. They worked quickly to help our cat Keeke. I will be forever grateful for these two they were super kind, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. Thank you both! 🩷
We've been taking our big dogs there for years. Every single time they have any sort of issue and we reach out, they get back to us right away. They're so great with us and our pups. Always informative and kind, and great with animals. I can't say enough good things about them. The entire staff is 5 stars!
