“It was an up and down experience the older lady with glasses was short with me when checking me in. Seemed uninterested with me as a patient. No good morning or friendly smile. The doctor was friendly but seemed rushed and I get that lots of exams to give that day I am sure. She did a good job but just felt rushed compared to other eye exams. The best part of the visit was Bobbi Jo the optometrist who waited on me. Had a GREAT attitude and personality. Wonderful customer service. Didn’t try to over sell me but sold me what I needed. She went step by step helping me pick out frames and telling me colors since I am color blind. If you buy glassses here ask for her. Very nice selection of glasses. First impressions are most important for customer service. If you are the first face people see put a smile on it.“
