“We transferred care of our animals to this vet practice recently ad have so far been very impressed. While we had to wait awhile, the staff was very understanding and kind even when our girl had an accident on their entry mat. They apologized and explained that they had a euthanasia that had taken extra time; having been in that situation more than once, we certainly understood. Then the doctor came in and spent an extraordinary amount of time with us and our elderly girl. She made sure we understood options and possible outcomes and helped us make decisions regarding our pet's care. She took a reasonable approach, not the most expensive. We hope to continue to receive this level of care. I would certainly recommend them.“

Dr Arnold however did testing on my dog and got to the bottom of the problem, even called me after hours one night to make sure that I got the answers I so desperately needed. she got me meds for my dog and helped her get back on track and she finally was able to not have insufferable Incontinence. I will forever be thankful for dr arnold and all my pets will see her. she is nonjudgemental , full of knowledge, will take everything you say into consideration and give you her best advice on what the plan should be.
