On Friday July 3rd, one of those100 degree days, our air conditioner stopped cooling. Called and was told I was fourth on the list. Late that afternoon the tech (Alex) arrived and within minutes diagnosed and fixed the problem. It was a holiday and he was tech on call, which meant a busy and hot day.
