Both Dr. O'Neil and the two vet techs called us multiple times during the dental procedure to update us on the progress and get our input as to how we wanted to proceed. Dr. O'Neill came very highly recommended by our personal vet, and I was not disappointed. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for a thorough, professional vet practice.
