TCA's service is excellent and their communication is outstanding! I'm very pleased with the email and text reminders about upcoming service and the printouts left behind after cleaning that explains what was focused on each visit and what will be addressed next visit. “They hire people who are their own independent cleaners. They have a manager that comes in and checks up on them though, which is great. Every so often the head guy comes in and checks to see how clean the cleaners have left it, to make sure they are on target. This shows me that they care about their clients and wants to make sure their cleaning agents are doing their job. You also keep a notebook to write messages for the cleaning crew (since they come after hours) and that's a huge help.”
