We had 2 large area rugs and a hall runner that were taken to the shop for cleaning since we have refurbished hardwood floors; pickup was uneventful. Upon return the techs were attentive and careful to relay, mindful of our furniture. They cleaned a couch, 2 high back chairs, and another area rug.
