Very, very nice! I dealt with Lois. She was sooo nice, personable, friendly, but professional... explained their pricing in detail. Actually mentioned to me things that I never knew! HR Block never even asked me those questions! I usually go to Blocks... but this is my go to place from now on! Plus there was an adorable dog there!
