He will only treat you for as much care as you need—some chiropractors in Lancaster require you to go every week, but with Dr. Kettering I only go every two or three weeks when I need adjustments. “I have been a patient of Dr. Jim for nearly 3 years now. When I moved to Central PA from Philadelphia suburbs I needed to find a provider to replace my previous chiropractor of whom is seen exclusively for the prior 10 years. I burnt through several who could not provide me with the relief of my swimmers shoulder and cervical issues. After searching for certidied ART providers in my area Dr. came up on the list and his qualifications are top notch. I decided to give the office a try and to drive over an hour to get care. I am so glad that I did because Dr. Jim was the only provider who was able to provide relief for my issues. After a set of a few visits, I was pain-free and now only visit the office for maintenance and upkeep. This office is located in a large gym, but the facility is extremely clean And professional. unlike many of the other pro providers, Dr. Jim takes his time to listen and always does thorough adjustments along with soft tissue work to Make sure that I leave feeling better than when I came in. He has a pretty busy practice, but he always takes his time as compared to other providers who run a clinic setting and give you those 2 to 3 minute adjustments and before sending you on your way. I have a sports medicine background, and can pretty much say with confidence that this practice is amongst the best around if not in this state of PA. Highly recommend!“

“Very good experience, Dr Goodman has great energy, was very informative and as soon as he started doing his thing I could feel what he was feeling and after he adjusted me and I sat up I could immediately feel a difference, he checked my again made some more adjustments and that was it my head was on straight. The results were immediately apparent the whole thing was over in under 40 min. One thing to expect is the adjustment tool exerts some pressure and a little discomfort but he used it in a way that minimized the little discomfort with short pauses between adjustments, overall it wasn't really an issue especially considering the end results I just wanted to be as detailed as I could in my review and in letting people know what to expect. In conclusion he's earned my trust and gained a new customer I highly recommend.“
