“I just bought a pair of glasses in May from a different company in Pittsburgh. After a few months of wearing them, I went in the store where I bought them from to have them tightened. The lady at the Optical Department had such an attitude & wouldn't attempt to tighten them. She said they were damaged, implied it was my fault, & the only solution was to buy another pair?! I went to Google & was hoping to find a different place that could repair my glasses. I found Eyeglass World & called them. I spoke to Max, who was incredibly kind & said he would try to help. I went in a few days later & saw Max. He fixed them & said I could come back if I needed them tightened again. And whenever I came to Eyeglass World, Max was bogged down with tons of patients.
