Gela and her team at Taylor'Design and Events did an outstanding job of coordinating our wedding in June of 2025. We only wish we had found and hired her earlier in the planning process! We appreciate everything she did to help us make our vision a reality, including adding additional rental items at our request. Our family tends to run behind, so we really valued Gela's attention to the timeline. Her ability to problem solve in the moment was highlighted when we realized belatedly that we had forgotten to order the petals for the flower boy to drop. Gela saw the bouquet of hydrangeas given to me that morning and suggested to my mom that we use them. They were perfect! When I felt unwell due to the high temperatures that day at our outdoor venue, she helped rearrange the schedule of events so that I could take time out in the air conditioning in another building. A friend of mine for 59 years passed away on the 17th of Jan. Russin funeral home was so comforting when I called to offer help to the family (I live over 2000 miles away). I was distort because I loved her so but with this covid virus & my age I was afraid to travel back for the service and possibly bring the virus home with me. I decided not to travel with such regret. They took it a pond themselves to send me a laminated obituary and card from her service. I'm grateful to them for the comforting on the phone and sending me those precious items I will cherish forever.
Very courteous and polite, they replaced my hot water tank 3 years ago and did a very good job and where not expensive. Now I need my drains snaked and a new toilet installed and a new drain in my tub and they getting right on it. From the office people to the actual field techs very well majored and caring.
