I don't understand the low rating and all the negative reviews of this Funeral Parlour.
It was not my experience at all.
The Chapel space is solemn and welcoming; the whole atmosphere of it is that of dignity, compassion and serenity.
Gary Ball, the proprietor, was nothing but sensitive and considerate. I changed my mind about viewing at the last moment, and he went out of his way to give me one last chance to be with my mother before her cremation.
Surely, the small viewing fee (and its terms are spelled clearly on their website) is worth it.

My mom passed recently from cancer, it was pretty unexpected. She didn't have much together as far as a plan for what might happen after, she just wasn't the kind of person to plan for that, she loved life and wasn't expecting to pass. She didn't have much at the end of her life, it's a surreal feeling to think most of the belongings of one of the most important people in your life could fit in a night stand.
As she never got remarried and I was the oldest child, it was my job to figure out what to do. I consulted friends and family and we thought a direct cremation might be the way to go while we figure things out. Society doesn't give you a ton of time to figure...read full review
I have used Ball funeral home in the past for my grandmothers cremation. I now have to use them again for my daughter’s stillborn baby. They are very professional and assisted with my daughter’s baby cremation. I recommend them highly
