Their entire team is wonderful; from the owner, everyone in between, to their secretary personnel. The funeral home in itself is not creepy like most and has beautifully decorated areas throughout & different viewing room options. John made this difficult process little more bearable and explained everything in such detail, which is beyond important for someone dealing with all of this for the very first time. “Jay Gilbert and his staff, did an amazing job for my wife's mother. They were professional as expected but they also went the extra yard. They worked with us on pricing, and delivered on every promise. They went over and above to make sure that they met the expectations of our family. On one of the coldest days of the year, they set up a backdrop at the cemetery to block the wind and handed out blankets... allowing the sun to reign supreme, overcoming everyone's fear of freezing during the final ceremony at the gravesite. Jay and Susan were great communicators prior to the viewing and funeral. They prepared us well, and allowed us to achieve a most beautiful day with the aid of Joan and Fr Joe from St Elizabeth's Parish. “Molly in the office was excellent when I visited and found my family’s graves buried under a fallen tree in April 2025. I think a new company has taken over recently so the staff had not been around too long. She came to the site with me, called the manager and maintenance lead and they took my concerns seriously and fixed the situation as quickly as possible. Molly stayed in touch with me and reported the progress regularly and sent pictures. They did a good job fixing the situation and making it right and restoring dignity to the gravesites. It is so upsetting seeing a loved ones grave in disrepair and they were responsive when I brought it to their attention. Molly performed above and beyond my expectations and put me at ease because she did communicate so well and quickly.“

“Our experiences with Northampton Memorial have exceeded all expectations. The staff is friendly and kind. Always willing to answer questions or help in any way. But I think the best part of Northampton is the grounds. They are well-maintained (which is not always the case for a lot of cemeteries) and beautiful to walk through on any given day. But when the cherry trees are in bloom, it brings a beauty to the grounds and a peace to my soul everytime I visit.“
