We lost our furbaby a week and a half ago. They were considerate and very empathetic, giving us as much time as we needed. They were respectful of her ashes when we picked her up and we just got a sympathy card signed by everyone. They truly make you feel valued as well as your pets. Great staff, all very knowledgeable!”
