Dr. Karen was there for me when my greyhound stepped off the track into her forever home right up till the end of life some 13 years later. Always patient always kind always knowledgeable. She is all about the animals. Great vet!

Best Vet!!! My dog is always so scared when going to the vet, but with Dr. Karen she has this calming personality my dog is not afraid at all and is very cooperative during the exam. She is very caring and kind and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend her practice.

Love dr karens. Shes the best vet and will do everything she can for youm her staff is great too, esp. Grooming. During groom appt we found an unexpected tumor on our cat and they got her in immediately to start treatment. Everytime i go there i have a great experience.i know dr hess can be tough but its cause she loves what she does.
