Dr. Valdes is amazing!! She and the entire staff clearly care very genuinely for all of their patients. Dr. Valdes was extremely thorough, and took time to explain all of her recommendations in a way that's easy for a non-medical person to understand. I did not feel rushed or pressured at any point. Additionally, the office has a great vibe, is extremely clean, and everyone is super friendly and helpful! Oh, and most importantly, my dog had a great experience too!
Highly recommend Thoreau. Everyone there is friendly, patient and provide excellent service and advice. I have ben taking my fur babies there for many years. Dr. Burke and staff are the best!
Dr Burke & the Vet tech were both very professional, caring and attentive to my Ernest. All my questions & concerns were addressed. I was very pleased with our visit and trust his upcoming dental will go well also as well as the upcoming appointments for his two younger sisters later this month. Thank you very much for taking such good care of my sweet boy.
