They try to explain things clearly and concisely in regards to there care. I'm very happy they are there and everyone in the practice is great to deal with including receptionists and vet tech staff. “Chicken . . . yes, I took one of our pet chickens we just couldn't seem to help. Dr. Phillips took me in the same day, was pleasant, explained what she was seeing, and helped me make treatment decisions. In the end, I was a bit shocked at the bill . . . and wanted to pay more (odd thing to say, right?). She has a great staff and team too.

I'm just shocked it took me decades to drive past their practice before giving them a shot. This is my new vet practice for our menagerie of animals.“

“We just moved to the area last year and were lucky enough to find Trooper Vet Hospital. They are wonderful. We really love the fact that they have a separate entrance for our cats.“

“They are friendly and good with animals. 2 issues are apparently the front desk, and the vets don't communicate. I get a quote for how much and what's to be done, and they always ask me. They are expensive, and that is why pet owners neglect they're pet. Not because they want to, but anytime you bring a pet to here expect to pay 300 to 1000 dollars, easily!“

My cats appointment was with Dr. Pauling, who was excellent. He took his time and explained things and I left feeling like my cat will be well cared for in this practice.“

“I absolutely love Horsham Vet! My childhood dog went here for his vet visits, and now that I'm an adult with two cats of my own, so do both of them. The staff members are all always polite, friendly and kind. The prices are about the same as any other vet. They do very thorough examinations and send out reminders when your pets are due for exams and/or vaccines/boosters. One of my cats gets extremely anxious (the one that was seen there today) when she leaves the house. They are both indoor-only. The vet tech removed all of the screws from her cat carrier because she was more comfortable laying in it than coming out. He replaced all of them at the end of the visit. They go above and beyond! I've never had a bad experience with them and will continue to bring my pets here.
