“Tony is an absolute wizard when it comes to honing his craft. His rating should honestly be 6 out of 5 stars. I came in with a lot of hair and he knocked it out of the park extremely efficiently but not at the cost of losing any attention to detail and was always making sure I liked what I was seeing as the cut progressed. Tony is an absolute gem, thanks so much! The haircut itself was $39 but I ended up spending over $100 after tip and Tony recommending the perfect product for my hair. I only add in these details for anyone taken aback by the price I put down, please note that their prices are extremely competitive for the area and very affordable. Tony earned every last cent of that tip - know you are in good hands if you have Tony as your reservation. But honestly, I would trust anyone at MENtality to knock it out of the park. I can only directly review Tony as well as Mike as of right now, but they're all pros at MENtality. You can just tell, I got there early and everyone looked very happy with their cuts as I waited for my appointment. This place is perfect if you're looking for a transformational haircut and really testing the knowledge and skills of their staff. After nothing but MENtality cuts for the past 4+ years I'd put them up with the very best cuts I have ever had. Added brownie points for the shop doggo and extremely clean and professional looking atmosphere. Have not had the pleasure of meeting Jody or Steve directly yet but they should be proud of what they have built and the team they have. Incredible job to everyone over at MENtality. “Outstanding! I came in with nerve pain due to bone degeneration in my neck. The Therapists sorted me in just shy of 2 months. Not only that bit they provided me with exercises to prevent reoccurrences. I have been living completely pain free since being a patient.

The true magic of Integrate Therapy is the Team. From The Receptionist, to the Therapists, the office operates as a team. If my main therapist was unavailable, the other therapist easily took over as my progress was very well documented in their system. Every individuals condition is Unique and the Therapists "problem Solve" to find the right exercise/treatment for you.

I have nothing but praise for the therapists! They are FANTASTIC! Not only are they each outstanding in what they do, but they make going to PT fun and (believe it or not) entertaining. Which is an important part of your recovery.

And... Lets not forget the receptionist! Not only is she helpful in scheduling your visits and taking care of the financials, but she is the glue that holds the whole team together.
