My contact person was Nate Petty, who was very professional and easy to work with throughout the three-phase project that was done on my house, which resulted from a hail storm. He was professional, patient, efficiently communicated with me all work that was to be done and a strong advocate on my behalf with the insurance company to ensure that all necessary replacements were done and not just a patch job which the insurance company was trying provide. Not only did they do a great job on all the projects, they consistently met all timelines on start/finish times and they ensured that they left my premises as it was prior to the work start each time. Nate even came back days later, after the snow melted, to ensure there were no nails/debris left on my patio. That’s what I call Superb Customer Service! I would highly recommend and have already done so!“

I recently used them on a major side and backyard renovation which included lighting, stone paths, a fire pit, multiple new beds, sod, irrigation, tree removal, and a ton of new trees. The team knocked out all this work from design to delivery in under a month and did so at a price that I felt was fair and reflected to premium quality they delivered. Trailway Construction built an in-law suite (for my wife and I to move to rather than downsizing) with a dining area, a beautiful bathroom and a bedroom. They also rebuilt our deck, replaced two sliding Pella doors, built an outdoor patio for our grills and a second outdoor patio under the new addition. We also had two kitchen cabinets and a gorgeous vanity for the bath custom built.

Ephraim (their project lead) couldn't have been more patient and helpful in the entire process. He listened to our desires and offered excellent suggestions that improved the project. We have some more projects in mind for next spring and will definitely call them again!“

Everyone was very helpful throughout the process, and we were not shy about asking a LOT of questions.
