We priced a few companies and Smart Shield gave us a great estimate, plus from the presentation, I could see that the quality of the window materials was better. We decided to even add on a balcony door as part of the deal! They came when they were supposed to and did a very professional job. Most importantly, they worked everything out for approval with our condo association, and were flexible about payments. Quality of workmanship is beautiful and our tenants are very happy. You could tell the owner, Bryan, takes great pride in his company’s work and stands behind it. We would recommend them to anyone and will likely use again if we need to replace more windows!
