“Boiler Installation - August 2022Because of the success of our recent A/C Installation (see below) we went forward with an oil-to-gas boiler conversion of our 30-year old oil boiler. The team from Dwyer was amazing. They had to remove our oil boiler (which had a summer-winter hookup to the hot water heater) and the oil tank from our basement PLUS we replaced one of the radiators in our living room which was from the original coal boiler from the 1920's. Besides the removal of the old system and installation of the new one, this project involved plumbing the radiators, the hot water heater, and the gas line. Besides the skill and experience of the installation team I need to call out the behind the scenes project management to get all the parts and resources together so they could accomplish the job in three days. And they left everything broom clean every evening.A/C Installation - November 2021We had a great experience with our recent A/C replacement project. The installation is remarkable because it is in our (3rd floor) attic which is only accessible through the air intake vent. What’s more, there is no flooring in the attic - only ceiling joists. This team disassembled and removed the previous A/C unit and installed the new unit hanging it from the rafters. They also had to run connections from the attic to the external unit in a very tight space behind the house, install primary and secondary drains, and reroute the air ducts.
