I have been with DR. Reinhardt for approx. 25 years. He and his staff are courteous and very professional. These bad reviews prompted me to write a review which I rarely do. As far as caring about patients, they all do and these bad reviews, there has to be something else to the story. None of us are perfect and if there is an error made it is always corrected promptly with a an explanation and apology. Doc always takes as much time as he can to hear you out and do what is right for you. I've seen him at night in Martinsburg and Altoona Hospitals seeing patients, so he works long hours because he CARES

Dr. John Reinhardt has always treated me with respect and great concern for my health. Always talks straight forward with me about my health and getting me to an old age. I generally feel that he cares for my personal well being and will continue to use his practice for years to come.

I have seen three of the doctors in this practice, and I have been very pleased with all of them. I feel as though my concerns are being heard, and I’ve never felt rushed. I have never had to wait too long for an appointment. Highly recommend!
