Every time I have gone here the staff has been kind, courteous, friendly and always willing to help. Not once have I ever felt like this company was more concerned about money then meeting my needs. I would highly recommend them to anyone. I am sure if you have had an issue in the past they would be more then willing to talk to you about it.

My prescription for my breast pump went to Dick’s home care. They delivered it as soon as possible. The delivery driver was amazing. I have a new baby so I have signs on my door to not knock so people don’t wake my newborn. He called me instead of knocking which a lot of people don’t do! Very happy with my experience.

Dick's Homecare in Altoona has been a huge help in getting equipment for my aging parents. They were very helpful in showing us different options and were even able to deliver the same day! Great experience! Highly recommend!
