Honestly, this company proves to me why CPAP is a scam. It has been horrible dealing with them over the last two years. Don’t let them call you a “patient” because it implies that they care about your health and well being. You are a customer and treated pretty poorly at that. They only care about overcharging your insurance company for their equipment and not about what you need. I still have yet to find supplies that work for me and they lack any convenience because after an initial visit everything is done via mail. Returns and billing are a nightmare.

I found this office to be very helpful when dealing with my drs office to get the information they required in order to help me get set up with a cpap. Their hands are tied when it comes to insurance issues but i found them to be very good at dealing with it all. They are quick to send out what they can to help.

I went to rotech in Middletown yesterday to get fitted for a new Cpap machine.Prior to my visit, I spoke with Rachel.She was wonderful!!I also spoke with Traci.Between them both, they were so helpful in assisting me. When I arrived I met Sarah, who fitted me with my machine and mask.She was great!Kudos to all 3 ladies who helped me.They were amazing!!Rachel called me back today to see if I had any problems or concerns with the new machine.I don’t know why these negative reviews are even up here!!These are wonderful people who take their job seriously.Thank you again!!
