Pam has been with us forever and she’s excellent at making sure the equipments are functioning properly and the filters are replaced and available. Pam checks my kid’s respirations at every visit which is reassuring when family members also have to be caregivers.
It is such a relief to see Jeanet, she is always SO pleasant and helpful whenever SHE comes to my home. Rotech should be so lucky to have such a great,caring,helpful employee. If I could only request her that would be GREAT!!
