With a number of exercises and specific movements, I was relieved of my pain in a reasonable time frame. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I'm sure that he could help you too.“

Now I am doing great, lifting weights and able to do my job and household chores again! I am so thankful for their help and expertise. I recommend them highly!“

324 Rodi Rd, Penn Hills“I've been treated for various chronic and acute issues by Dave Thompson, Holly Lohr and staff at Alliance Physical Therapy since August 2025. They've made my life and body more functional and pain free ever since. I have to put out a ton of gratitude to everyone on staff for my latest emergency visit due to an unforeseen back sprain that was the worst pain experience I've encountered. After 4 days of it, I contacted the office desperate for help. Tara, Dan and the staff there - including Dave of course - shuffled their full schedules in order to accommodate my plea for help. I was given an appointment and Dave quickly assessed what to do and miraculously (to me) alleviated the acute problem. I went from a pain level of "15" walking in there to about a "1-2" this morning. These folks are always pleasant, smiling, welcoming and willing to go the extra skillful mile if it means their clients are going to feel better. When I walked in there everyone greeted me kindly with empathy. I don't know what I'd do without them. Highly highly recommend their services. Thank you!“

I have worked with Dr. Kira for her expertise in physical therapy and as a member of her Stronger with Steele community. Her tailored approach to my autoimmune challenges and needs of my lifestyle have allowed me to rehab my wrist, get stronger, and stay active with my family. I was pleasantly surprised by the effectiveness of virtual physical therapy. Virtual appointments save me significant time and allow me to still prioritize other things I love to do without feeling overwhelmed. I promise, you won’t regret starting the conversation with Dr. Kira to see how she can help you. I only wish I had started both programs sooner!“

306 Freeport Rd, Pittsburgh“I have been going to Iron City PT for a few months. Dr. Kevin is a fine, compassionate and knowledgeable physical therapist. When I started going to him, I thought I was heading for knee replacements. At this point he has relieved most of the pain in my knees and has taught me some techniques and exercises to continue with the therapy. I highly recommend this young man!“

I recommend this practice to anyone needing help as they are the best facility I have ever experienced.“

She pushes me and encourages me while listening to my questions or concerns. My doctor highly recommended her for my specific injury. I’m so glad he did!“

“I started going to Precision Physical Therapy and Performance in 2023 for debilitating sciatica issues. Dr Karly Allen evaluated me and quickly put in place a game plan to get me on the road to recovery and working out again. When I started with her, I could barely walk; the pain was so bad. Within a few sessions and clear guidance on exercises to do at home, I started getting better in no time. We worked together for months to get me 100% and strong again.
I have been consistently impressed with her expertise, which is why I continue to see her for ongoing physical fitness maintenance. She efficiently recognizes any limitations I may have and adapts exercises as needed, enabling me to benefit from targeted muscle group training. Over the past few years, I've experienced many challenges and setbacks, mainly due to family health issues that demanded my attention and affected my ability to focus on fitness. Through all of this, Karly has been right by my side, she has consistently supported me and guided me every step of the way.
I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. They have a friend and client for life!“
