Kira is awesome. She helped me with severe SI joint pain. I could barely move when I started seeing her in April, now I’m mostly pain free. She certainly knows her stuff and she’s kind, intelligent and funny too. I highly recommend her for any physical therapy issues you have.
When my husband started with Physio412, he had severe balance, breathing and overall strength and endurance issues to the point where he could not maintain his normal daily activities. He could not walk 20 feet comfortably and now he can do yard work, be more active around the house and enjoy going places. He has a more positive outlook and feels happier. We can have fun again! This was a life changer for us!
Kira has gentle hands and you will be well served when she can physically touch you. In the meantime I have used her remote exercises to the best outcome. Freed from pain numerous times
