I had an issue with my SubZero refrigerator/freezer. Technician Jairo quickly diagnosed the problem. Jairo provided explanations as he worked and explained what was needed and how much the repair would cost. Jairo was efficient in using technology to order parts, write a work order report, do billing, and provide a receipt by communicating with the office effortlessly. Parts were quickly obtained and service work was completed in a timely manner. Jairo was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful.
Techniction came within two hours of calling for an emergency quick fix. Already recommended him to my neighbor.
