My daughter has anxiety and she felt comfortable, the stylist was friendly and kind, and she said the clippers only tickled and weren't too loud. The stylist listened to both of us and gave her the cut she wanted. She is thrilled!
We have been going here for 6 years and it's great. We used to see Jessa but when she moved we just booked with Carrie and she was also great. We prefer the more tenured stylists as they tend to be better interacting with kids and they have more skill with thicker/layered hair. Update to include today was has Evette and she was great with layering and my daughter wanted to add that she didn't pull the tangles hard and she was friendly.
