I love Master D.J. he is an amazing instructor. He is very dedicated to his work and is very helpful to his students. He always has opportunities for them to progress and get better. He is very patient and always has a vision on the next steps for each student and tailors his instruction to get them there. This is easily the best Taekwondo school in the state and the top performers crush it at tournaments.
My kids have not only flourished as competitors, but as individuals since starting at USWC Tualatin. Master DJ is a top level instructor and he helps guide the kids in skills as well as in personal responsibility, positivity and confidence. Most of all, the atmosphere is fun, inviting, inclusive and the crew there has become a second family for us! Could not recommend this studio more!
DJ is a friend of mine, he’s a great guy he taught me several times. I was impressed with how clean he keeps his facilities. He was a great teacher, and had my kicks pretty snappy by the end of our lessons. If anyone is interested in learning Taekwondo, or just want to work on your kicks I would highly recommend this school.
