US World Class Taekwondo Tigard provides a phenomenal experience for young students. The instructors make classes fun and educational, helping students learn new skills and prepare for belt testing. The school offers organized and serious yet fun classes, with a focus on technical skills and goal-oriented training. Students have reported gains in confidence, discipline, respect, and independence. The school also hosts birthday parties, allowing kids to celebrate with their friends. Overall, US World Class Taekwondo Tigard is a great place for kids to learn, grow, and have fun.
I got my start in taekwondo with USWC Taekwondo and earned my black belt with master Jang and master Alicia. They are incredible mentors, martial artists and people.
I went on to compete in taekwondo during college and graduate school. I did some coaching and refereeing and got to work with some of the best sparring athletes in the country. It is a huge part of my life and the community is fantastic. You are never too old to start, come back, compete and be involved. Taekwondo is a global sport that can take you to many places. Wonderful place to learn, patient and kind teachers. Clean and bright. My child enjoys learning taekwondo and is doing well here.
Our grandson has been taking these classes for a while and he's currently a purple belt. He really enjoys it and he's doing great. Alicia is an excellent teacher. I joined the new adult class starting in April and I'm definitely continuing. It's been a lot of fun and a good workout.
