We followed our favorite hygienist, Rita, over to this practice, and we are so happy! We've seen both Dr. Rick and Dr. Travis, and we love them both! Recently, I cracked a molar on a Friday afternoon! Quite concerned, I called and talked to Melissa. She was able to add me to the schedule with just 20 minutes' notice! Dr. Travis and Julie stayed with me (again, on a Friday afternoon!) to help with a temporary crown. This amazing team consistently exceeds our expectations! “As a new patient Dr. Henderson was amazing. He did a great job allaying my fear / dislike of dentists from my past experiences. Scheduling was flexible and Dr. Henderson laid out a map of treatment and initial costs. After my initial consult we asked how I wanted to move forward and asked my timeline. When I responded that my timeline was as soon as reasonably possible he offered to perform the first of a two appointment procedure on the spot. I have never seen that willingness from another dentist. On the first installment of this procedure, Dr. Henderson explained exactly what would be happening and explained that with a wave of the hand he would stop work and apply more Novocaine if needed. Suffice it to say he numbed me sufficiently and I barely felt the numbing injections yet wasn't left with dribble mouth for hours after. I had not been to a dentist in years. Dr. Henderson offered no judgement, just a plan to get me where I want to be. I highly recommend The Smile Lounge and Dr. Henderson. Best Dentist I have ever seen.“

I went here to Sunrise and I couldn't be happier. I was treated incredibly well and they were thoughtful in the ways they suggested treatment. I was able to have honest and clear conversations with everyone who helped me. I was lucky enough to have been helped by Hyuni, Parle, and Dr.Lee.
