We've been a Hanna member for 11 years. I've been nothing but pleased. Our dog now has a significant heart murmur and enlarged heart. It will eventually take him from us. Hanna is providing 3 month visits to monitor his health and his meds. Yesterday, our regular vet tech Tan kindly and professionally conducted the exam even though the computer system was down. He took copious notes to add to our record later and conducted an exam. Even got our dog's nailed trimmed. While we didn't use Hannah services a lot when our dog was younger, I'm so grateful for them now. The cost at another hospital would be cost prohibited for me. Thank you Hannah and Tan!
