I called Jay for information. Someone in our family is dealing with a bed bug infestation and I simply needed some answers and clarity. Jay gave me exactly that. He knew I didn't call to book a service BUT graciously spent good 10 minutes on the phone with me explaining what to expect and how various forms of treatment work. That's so rare these days; I SO appreciated his time and knowledge. I sure hope I never have to deal with bed bugs but if I do, I will most certainly be hiring Tough Bus Solutions. Jay was really friendly and professional. I felt super comfortable having him in my home. The ants were persistent, but Jay was MORE persistent! Every time I saw an ant I called and he was responsive and helpful. He came back out multiple times in between scheduled treatments to make sure the problem was getting taken care of. So glad to be ant free thanks to Jay!
