First, Jake initiated a new contract. I said no, because we have a goal to move 'at some point'. He enticed us back, and I'm happy he did! 🤣Simon then came inside the house to spray areas and then did the full yard. His summation after the spraying was very efficiently detailed, with some great suggestions on a few locations. Both are very hard working and we loved their high standards and professionalism! Glad to be a customer again! Thank you for sending your best! ❤ Ann & Tony Torsu
Updated September 2025: Field people continue to be great. Company is a bit better now with an annual price with a guarantee of at least X number of treatments. Send to still be enough and I don't get charged more than expected now. The company not hasn't regained my trust, but I do trust and appreciate their service techs. And I had several companies come to my house this summer to solicit my business - none offered a better. Also still wish Aptive had better scheduling.
Jake West is the best! I was sick of fighting the sugar ants every year and when he knocked on my door and said he could take care of them, I signed up and have never been happier!! Thanks Jake from Aptive!
