From the start, Joshua was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the treatment process thoroughly, answered all of my questions with patience, and made sure I understood what to expect. His attention to detail was outstanding—he didn’t just do a quick spray and leave, but carefully inspected and treated every area of concern. He was also very respectful of my home, ensuring everything was left neat and clean when he finished. What stood out most was Joshua’s genuine care for his customers. He went above and beyond to provide tips for prevention and maintenance, showing that he’s not just about a one-time service but really wants his clients to have long-term results.
I was surprised by some of the heated messages left on the review page about the sales people. It's true, I was approached more than once, but every person I've spoken to has been courteous and respectful. I am conscientious about using poison in my yard, so I was in no hurry to sign up. But truthfully, I needed some help dealing with the wasps and spiders under the eves and along the skirting, so I agreed to have them come out. Joshua came and did my initial treatment. He was thorough, professional, and respected my preference to keep the grass and yard pesticide free and treat specifically the exterior of the house and outbuildings. When I came home, every nest and web was removed and cleaned up, my eves were clear and no more wasps buzzing around. For me, this is a relief and I'm happy with the service I received. 👍
