“We worked with The Remodel Group (TRG) on the addition of a primary suite (bedroom, bathroom, closet). The project was about 400 sqft in total and expanded our home from a 2/1 to a 3/2. They were transparent on pricing and talked us through options to fit our budget without pushing us. Once we broke ground it was a whirlwind of activity but it didn't feel overwhelming because TRG was great at communication. Everything looks and feels so good and we are so glad we did it. People don't believe that we got this done on time and on budget and with no hassles but TRG made it happen. “Jenni and her team completely transformed our house from a "cold and dark" color and design scheme to bright and modern and my wife couldn't be happier. Our house was completely and newly remodeled when we purchased it in 2020, but we realized later the color schemes, lighting, cabinets, tile, countertops, etc. were dark and cold. My wife didn't even know what she wanted and Jenni's team had an exhaustive questionnaire and several discussions to come up with a proposal. Even after seeing all the materials and color schemes we couldn't visualize completely but when it was finished it was stunning. We learned to make this work best you have to not only embrace the designer's overall look and feel but the detailed fabrics and materials and realize everything ultimately flows together to a beautiful finished product. We initially decided not to do our two guest bedrooms and office but after seeing the rest of the house we are now using Jenni's services to redesign them. It takes time and patience, especially in a supply constrained world, and in our case we had to live temporarily with the inconvenience of not having access to our kitchen, living room and master bedroom and bath but it was all worth it when we saw the finished design!“

“Our company engaged Kami Gray Interiors to design the interior of the units at our multi-family project, The Robert in N. Portland. Additionally, we asked that she create a space in the lobby that had the aesthetic of a hip hotel lobby. Kami and her team nailed it. The unit interiors are modern and timeless and beyond their appearance; the selections were thoughtfully chosen for their durability as well. Kami's design in the lobby exceeded our high expectations. We wanted to create a community space that feels cozy and inviting and felt more like a hotel than an apartment building. Kami used a combination of materials to pull the space together; including the addition of a fireplace, a brick accent wall, and a unique tile fireplace surround to bring the space together.
