Excellent product, wonderful service, and a ridiculous (in a good way) warranty!! I had an issue with one shade (of two) we bought at Bolliger for one room, and they replaced both... under full warranty! And did it very quickly!! Un-flippin-believable! Will certainly return when it comes time to get shades for a few other rooms! Way to go!
Really nice company to work with. Emily came out to provide an estimate and we reached the consensus that it would actually make more sense esthetically and functionally to match existing shutters made by a company not carried by Bolliger. I appreciated her integrity and did not feel any sales pressure. I would certainly work with Bolliger in the future.
