I recently ordered a custom closet organizer from Closets to Go. I worked with Melanie, one of their designers to get the storage and space I needed. She was so helpful and patient through several design changes. When the organizer arrived, it fit the space perfectly, and the directions and labeling made it easy to install. We were very impressed with the quality and the price was a fraction of other systems I had researched. Definitely worth a weekend of DIY for the difference in price! I am very happy with my new, organized closet!

She delivered top-notch customer service in designing, coming out to our home, and made many modifications without complaint. The installer coordinator, Jeff, was always in touch with us regarding what date and when a crew would be coming out. AMAZING customer service!! I highly recommend them.
