“On a whim, I did a complimentary class midweek. Mary, our instructor, was AH-MAZING! She was knowledgeable about the machine, form, and instruction of the actual exercises/routine. The facilities were EXTREMELY clean, the staff knowledgeable, and the clientele VERY personable and helpful to the new girl. I immediately felt at home with this group of women. Never made to feel uncomfortable or out of place (even though it was my first time).
