They located a blocked vent in the portable A/C unit and cleaned it out within the hour. This produced a big impact to the effectivity of the unit. What I loved was that they also took the time to explain how to avoid such situations in the future.
They were on time, installed the thermostat in less than an hour and were meticulous in explaining how to operate it - a vast improvement over the last time I had comparable work done by a different business.
The personnel came at the arranged time after consulting with the building administration and spent a whole two hours cleaning all the ducts and vents meticulously. They showed before and after images of the accumulation eliminated which was great to understand what was obstructing the system.
