I have severe needle anxiety, and while I have ways to cope, Brittany was absolutely stellar, from the moment I walked in, to the needle poke (which I barely felt), my experience was perfect! Brittany is clearly experienced, and was kind, fast, and understanding. I'll never get my blood done anywhere else, especially if she helps me out. Thank you Brittany! <3
Efficient, friendly service in new facility. Lab is inside Health Center. There are no exterior signs for lab or imaging. . They are to the left as you enter. There is a tablet at the lab where you sign in. It is easy, just your name and what you are there for. The response was almost immediate. The phlebotomist was friendly, professional and efficient. Total time from sign in to back in the car was less than 15 minutes.
Only one phlebotomist when I visited in August so it took a little longer than expected considering how few patients were there. (she was checking in patients and drawing blood herself) New facility, so it's clean. Nice to have another location to go to for lab work.
