Great customer service! The receptionists were friendly, knowledgeable & pointed out the benefits to their discount package.The tech Jacob was awesome. We bought a home with a older system that has a heat pump which I was unfamiliar. I had a lot of questions & he was super patient & informative. Very happy with this choice.

Thank you to Western Heating for coming out and fixing my heater promptly. I had just purchased the house and the heater wasn't working (as soon as it got cold).
