After trying some basic fixes, we were referred to Sharp's by our AC service company and the experience was great. They returned my call the same day, he tried some basic trouble shooting on the phone, but in the end I needed a new tank. He was able to fit me in the same day and within hours, I had hot water. Brent and his assistant were great and though I hope I won't need a replacement for another 19 years, he will be the one I call.“
